Job Title: Intern, Customer Experience Personnel
- Follow up on customers thjob atcall-in
- Maintain Client Feedback requests and documentation
- Check the status of ticket raised and ensure all open tickets are closed within the stipulated time frame.
- Maintain Customer Loyalty.
- Maintain Customer records by updating account information.
- Make recommendation base on customer’s request.
- Must be a graduate
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must have atleast 1 year experience in Customer service role.
