Job Title: Office Manager

Job Field: Building and Construction Engineering / Technical
Duties include but not limited to:
- Liaising with external suppliers and contractors
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ensure smooth office operation and work environment
- Maintenance of office
- Ensure clean working environment
- Undertaking some personal duties for the director
- Assist the account team with admin when required
- As an Office Manager to the Director, you will be inherently organized and be the type of person who takes on a task and ensure it is well accomplished. You will be ambitious yet friendly, personality is key with this role!
- Candidate should possess BA/BSc/HND plus MBA/Professional qualifications in a related field.
- Must have 3-4 years in Office Operations/Administration
