- Identify Client values and proactively seek to provide solutions and services to meet identified needs.
- Managing the sales support process for branches, engage walk in new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
- Professionally manage relationships with clients/customers.
- Submit call memo and update on a daily basis.
- Met and exceed assigned sales support target.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales support activity reports to Service team leads.
- Must have at least one year experience in Sales service support function/ customer service function of a bank.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Ability to Sell and convert prospects to customers.
