Job Title: HR/Admin Manager

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point (Office Utility)
- Must be a member of CIPM/NIM/CIPD/SPHR
- Analytical Skill.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner.
- Good management skill.
- Good Presentation Skill.
- MBA is an Added Advantage.
- Coordinate and Supervise all HR and Admin Issues of the Company in all locations.
- Initiate efficient and Cost Reduction admin procedure in the Company.
- Efficient management of all staff in the company.
- Ensure efficient motivation/welfare of all company staff.
- Coordinate all recruitment /employment in the company.
- Coordinate all disciplinary issues in the company.
- Ensure all Salary/staff payments are done properly and accurately.
- Coordinate quarterly appraisal system of the company and other welfare issues.
- Ensure/coordinate all staff trainings in line with appraisal and budget.
- Ensure good working condition in all sixt locations at all times.
- Manage all Labour/staff entitlement issues.
- Initiate Admin procurement process that will enhance cost reduction.
- Policy formulation, review where necessary and policy implementation.
- Providing employee demography for Management decision.
- To undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job.
- HND/B.Sc in relevant course with minimum of 15 years experience of which 5 years must be in a managerial position.
- Candidate must be a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management or other relevant professional body.
