Flomides Solution Services Limited is a management consulting firm that provides consultancy services on Human Resources management, Tax Consultancy, Business Development Services, Training and General merchant.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ogun

Job Description

  • Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
  • Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
  • Should have experience in handling organized workers Union
  • Should be well versed with Grievance handling
  • Should have adequate knowledge on procedures for disciplinary actions
  • Should know the procedure of Pay-rolls on Bio-metric system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel.
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Should be able to liaise with various government ministries and agencies.

Requirements

  • Candidate should be Graduate or HND
  • Minimum 5-7 years Experience in HR Department in a Manufacturing Unit
  • Should have Experience in Developing and administrating programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company

Salary

  • Salary range of N150,000 per month.
