Michael Stevens Consulting – Our long term client, a Production company into production of edibles is looking to recruit competent and qualified candidates to help redistribute its products across assigned sales channels to fill the position below:
Job Title: Van Sales Representative
- The Van Sales Representative is to ensure that the company’s products are visible and properly merchandise in all relevant sales outlets in the assigned route.
- To achieve direct load out and redistribution of stocks from distributors’ warehouse to retail outlets within assigned Routes
- To achieve effective coverage of retail outlets in assigned Routes.
- To establish, maintain and expand sales/outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly.
- To effectively execute Sales drivers/objectives in all covered outlets.
- Sales strictly on Cash basis
- Collect data and cash reconciliation
- Ensure value chain compliance and implementation
- Minimum Required Experience: 2 -3years
- Minimum Qualification: OND/NCE in any field
- Desired Courses: Not Specified
- NCE /OND/HND/B.Sc with 2-3 years Sales Rep experience
- Ideal candidate must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license
- Basic Communication Skills (verbal, written)
- Basic arithmetic and cash reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain your enthusiasm and energy on the job is essential
- Ideal candidates must be resident in Lagos
Basic Salary N25, 000 plus N25, 000 Commission
